To book a voyage, please complete the form below and click ‘Submit’ (one form per person). To inquire about availability or if you want more information email us direct email@example.com
Once we have received your booking form, we will email you to confirm that your berth is available. An invoice for a 25% deposit will be emailed to you. The deposit is required to secure each booking and the remaining balance is due 12 weeks before the start of the voyage. If you are booking and there are less than 12 weeks to go then you will be invoiced for the full amount straight away. Payment can only be made by bank transfer in Pounds or in Euros our bank details will be on the invoice. Please do not book any travel until you have received an email from us saying we have received your deposit and your berth is confirmed.
We do endeavour to reply by email to all bookings and enquiries as soon as possible, however, between June and September we are sailing and do not have a manned shore office. We may have limited internet access and there may be a delay to your booking enquiry. If you have specific questions regarding a voyage or travel options then please pop them in a email and we will respond as soon as possible. You are reminded that personal travel insurance for your voyage is a must. We offer our customers 10% off Topsail Insurance policies. I confirm that I have a good level of fitness and agility, I can climb a 2m rope ladder, board in and out of a dinghy (1m + from dingy to Ship in a swell) and that I do not have any other condition that may affect my ability to participate fully in this voyage. (If you are unsure, please contact us for advice)
